Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are sent via Australia Post and including tracking details. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Once items have been handed over to Australia Post, they are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.
Orders are sent from Melbourne. Victoria. Australia Post estimated delivery times can be found here.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Express shipping is available for $15 (Australia Post Express Post).
Orders over $100 will have free standard shipping applied automatically.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@AziahBeauty.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
